While I acknowledge there is now a legality question around the use of "red light cameras". I have no sympathy for people who are not stopping for school busses: I can't stomach that the article frames this as "burden" on those driving past the bus. "there’s evidence the program is heavily burdening residents who either can’t or don’t pay the fines."
