The clever bit is how it's constantly duplicating geolocation results from the phone to the wallet fob and then using that last-known successful transfer to determine if and when the phone and the wallet have become separated. Thus, no cellular requirement on the fob's part, thus a much simpler design. I like it, and the video. It's silly in all the right ways.
