Totally agreed. Intent to opt in is what matters. If the box is pre-checked, it's opt-out. If it's hidden (in the ToS or elsewhere), it's opt-out.

- heikkilevanto 6mo agoYes, that is the law here in the EU. You are not allowed to send me emails unless I took some positive action to subscribe. Rightly so.
