  I try to limit it to just 1-2 comments after my 4am ice facial and then no more than 4 comments while I am having my 3pm youth blood infusion. Consistency is key for the grindset.

      Nothing some Ayahuasca and a trip to Joshua tree (make sure you do it in that order) wont fix.
