- 4ad 14y agoIt's about upload, not download. Download in Iran is usually restricted to 128kbps, upload probably is significantly less. Also, you completely missed the point of the article.
- pyre 14y agoGetting information into Iran is probably just as important as getting information out though. While the specific example would be about upload speed from Iran, the over-arching issue is about upload and download speed.
