I still don't understand how the transformation from non-profit to for-profit was possible legally.
- batshit_beaver 7mo agoAnything is possible with a big enough bank account.
- tim333 7mo agoThe non-profit still exists and has the for profit as a subsiduary.
- olalonde 7mo agoIt owns only like 25% of the for-profit and was essentially stripped off of all its assets (IP, trademarks, employees, etc.).
