That's interesting. I don't have much the habit of doing sauna, as you can likely tell, so I might have tried only high humidity saunas. I'll give it a try one

- freewilly23 7mo agoit is also very common to pour some water on the hot rocks. you feel the temperature a lot more, the instant the water gets poured.
