  We currently support primary key indexing, but no secondary indexes. This is definitely planned -- it will take a few months to get this out. EDIT: also, you can run queries with an out_of_date_ok flag, which will give you what you want. This only works for read queries though, the architecture is pretty much set up in a way where this would be very very difficult to do for write queries.
