- mulmen 6mo agoH-1B is a non-immigrant work visa. This should be enough information for you to understand the incentives.

- bijowo1676 6mo agothey dont put up with abuse, it is very easy to change jobs on h-1b. the only reason to put up with abuse is boatloads of money, which is the primary reason why people change job (including the h-1bs)
