You advertise in small circulation newspapers, I thought this was well known.
- RachelF 6mo agoAnother trick I've seen on LinkedIn is job applications open from 12:00 am to 12:01 am. The employer can legally say they advertized the job and had no applicants and need an H1B employee.
- dwa3592 6mo agothat's not how it works- they have to have the petition up for a period of time for it be considered valid.
