- sebmellen 6mo agoAgain, strangely few upvotes. @dang – was this also affected by some kind of voting ring detection?
- nickvec 6mo agoYeah, not sure what happened with this thread. I was reading on LinkedIn that the Delve team is possibly brigading posts surrounding the controversy, so I wouldn't be surprised if they abused the voting ring detection system or something to prevent this thread from being seen on the home page. Or maybe it just didn't get seen by many. Hard to say without @dang checking it out. Either way, I decided to post Day 1 of 5 in https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=47597755 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=47597755 as well to see if second time's the charm. I'm not affiliated with DeepDelver in any way, I'm just trying to help get their message out.
- sebmellen 6mo agoWhen I posted part one initially it was suppressed by @dang/HN, just not intentionally (according to them) but due to “voting ring behavior” whatever that means.
- nickvec 6mo agoYeah, seems like the same thing occurred with me posting Day 1 as well... only 5 upvotes after 14 hours. Very strange.
