Every open req gets hundreds of applications within the first day. No amount of tailoring your resume - which I haven’t done in 30 years across 10 jobs from startups to BigTech and everything in between - is going to help.
What gets interviews? Your network and/or a specialized skillset (no full stack development, web dev, mobile etc is not “specialized”).
