- dangrossman 14y agoNo, absolutely not, those companies would not be able to sign up for PayPal or this Braintree offer on the spot and start running. You can read the legal agreements yourself, they're on the websites and don't require an account to view. Those companies have gone through underwriting and probably have special terms in their merchant agreements to protect against the risks inherent in their businesses.
