The author does not exist & the paper is pure nonsense: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=G97KxEYAAAAJ&hl=en https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=G97KxEYAAAAJ&hl=en. Might even be a psyop by some 3 letter agencies. So the obvious question, why did you post this?
