I think that if 3-5% of the Internet population suddenly stopped querying Google, Google would have noticed before CloudFlare.
- noselasd 14y agoThere weren't any claims that Google were unaware of this. And when things happen at this level, resolving it in 27 minutes can only be done when there's direct contact between people that are able to do anything about it.
