- halJordan 7mo agoI don't understand what you don't understand. Congress has legislated that the departments may establish monikers. The dod established a moniker. It's an official and legal second name. It's fine to use the moniker.
- wat10000 7mo agoFirst I've heard of it. I can't find anything backing that up, can you provide a link or name the law?
