Do distinguish between Zionist / Jewish supremacist types from someone who is just Jewish.
I don't like Israel's policies towards Palestine but know many Jewish people who feel the same as me. Heck, I know Israelis who thinks the same as me.
- js212 7mo agoBeing against Israel’s policies is not antizionist. Being antizionist is believing Israel should not exist.
- ahhhhnoooo 7mo agoYou are thinking narrowly if you think the only way Israel can exist is as a zionist state. Zionism is one example way Israel can exist, but it is not the exclusive way. One can be against ethnonationalism and not anti-Isreal as a state where Jewish people are safe and free.
- srean 7mo agoA non-apartheid, secular, constitutional democracy would be a welcome change. I don't see it happening though. About half of Israel is very strongly invested in the opposite.
