Immersive Dreams May Be the Key to Better Sleep Quality
- daoboy 6mo agoAdjacent but not directly to the point of the article, does anyone remember their dreams or have success with lucid dreaming? After about a year of trying I can remember at least some dreams most nights, but zero success with lucidity.

- abstractspoon 6mo agoI seem to remember every dream every night. Last night I had a dream in which I had a dream and then was telling someone in the dream about the nested dream. Sometimes I'm able to deduce that I'm in a dream even to the point of telling other people in the dream that it's a dream but I haven't reached the point where I'm aware that I might be able to control outcomes. FWIW I also often wake up exhausted by my dreams and require a nap after breakfast in which I often dream more as I did this morning.
- amadeuspagel 6mo agoWhen I was a kid my dad always told me to dream something beautiful when tucking me in. I didn't get this then, I can't control what I dream about. But it's more general life advice: spend your time so that you have beautiful dreams. When I travel I often sleep better in a hostel bunk bed then I sleep at home, because I was out all day, had real experiences, have something to dream about.
