What would this have to do with ICE? Isn’t that DHS?
- ricksunny 7mo agoSame recruitment pool (like same "hiring pool" / market segment). Therefore, competing.

- snowchaser 7mo agoI think they mean (sarcastically) that ICE is sucking up all the qualified candidates.
