I think the idea and write up is neat, but I question if the brother ever thought of, I don’t know, hiring a receptionist so he wasn’t losing “thousands of dollars per month”? Maybe I’m oversimplifying the problem. The other aspect of this I have questions about is the price quoting. Knowing the standard price list makes sense, but how can you trust that a caller knows what they need without looking at their car? Wouldn’t this likely result in quotes for work that may or may not even be needed?
