True, but it was an "Aviation Incident". I'm not sure how much the exact phrasing matters, fortunately even such intentional events are relatively very rare nowadays. To clarify - I'm not minimising the fucked up nature of the event. I'm just saying it's still thankfully a rare occurrence.
