  Even assuming that's true, I would think that it's probably still end-to-end positive, given just how poor the chat workers must be. It's a bit like how people bemoan sweatshops. Killing the sweatshops just punts those people back to something worse.

    Positive for maybe one side of the equation. That's not a recipe for a sustainable business model.
