If you are just spamming ATSs instead of using your network or reaching out to targeted companies, it’s always been a shit show

- raw_anon_1111 7mo agoThe first thing is that you have to have a specialized skillset. Web development, back end developer, mobile or even “cloud” by itself is not specialized.
