Couples where both WFH have 0.32 more babies
- mandevil 7mo agoWhen both members of a couple Work From Home at least 1 day per week, they have an estimated lifetime greater fertility of 0.32 more babies (if both WFH versus if none do). This is one of the strongest effects in the natalism literature I've ever seen, and all it takes is greater support for WFH, no baby bonuses or anything like that.
