- karakoram 8mo agoThis is usually a sign of desperation and pretty much permanent decline. I remember Jack Dorsey invited the top Vine Creators in a last ditch effort to save the platform but it did not work. Having said that though, we can't underestimate Zuck's ability to throw copious amounts of money to solve a problem.
