Or be a tech savant who has cultivated an interest in one or more of programming, tech DYI, copyleft, right to repair or something, etc. Or inconvenience yourself by abstaining from as much as possible and get nagged from parent groups and others (in the first category) who are only on BS platforms like Messenger by Meta. There is human-serving technology, there is somewhat neutral technology, and then there is this embarrasing lot.
