- zelphirkalt 8mo agoSo if a user can bring an LLM to output a copy of some training data, then the ones who distribute the LLM are engaging in illegal activity?
- charcircuit 8mo agoIt isn't illegal as a LLM model is transformative.
- anthk 8mo agoSo is awk, sed. Good luck convinving any judge/lawyer.
- charcircuit 8mo agoIt's not copyright infringement to distribute awk or sed either. In fact it comes bundled with most Linux distributions.
