Seems like complete nonsense given the judiciary has handed down rebukes of power frequently, including for the admin's flagship trade policy of tariffs. Meanwhile in Europe, you have serious attempts to dismantle encryption, institute real name mandates on social media and ban political parties they don't agree with. Then there's the mass arrests for social media posts, especially in the UK. In Sweden, the country this organization is from, and allegedly a 'liberal democracy', protesting is banned for certain political groups (and not others). These Swedish 'experts' sit on a pedestal made of political persecution, and accuse the US of having no free speech. Right.
