Humans are designed to form emotional connections with non emotional things. Its sort of our whole deal.

- y0eswddl 7mo agoYes, but, that goes away when the "thing" is meant to mimic/replace/replicate a human... that's why "uncanny valley" is just a gut-level unsettling feeling. The lack of emotional nuance.
