This is really simple to explain:
Apple does not let you restrict app network access[1]
You have no ability to know who your app is connecting to, and you cannot select or prevent it.
[1] except maybe the cellular data toggle
- catgirlinspace 8mo agoSettings > Privacy & Security > App Privacy Report will at least show domains contacted by each app.

- Obscurity4340 8mo agoThe only way Im aware of is if you do it thru Settings > Cellular and always use data for internet on your phone
