No accountability: Bills would ban liability lawsuits for climate change
- ndr42 7mo agoThere is also the opposite trend in Europe, e.g. the European Court for Human Rights has ruled in 2024 that Switzerland violated human rights due to insufficient climate protection. So there are constitutional human rights that have courts to oblige states to enact climate protection laws.
