That should probably link https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2019/p1219r2.html https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2019/p12... The difference being that P1219R2 was actually a revised proposal from 2019 not 2021.
