- sek 14y agoIn general you have to include the probability of a payment in your balance sheet, but banks are capable of stuff like that in not so obvious cases....
- conradfr 14y agoSociété Générale did and get 1,7B€ of the 4,9B€ from tax deductions. I think if Kerviel would repay it they would be taxed back on it.
