- E-Reverance 7mo agoOnly that high for special scenarios, but still interesting
- airstrike 7mo agoYou should really keep the original title. https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html > please use the original title, unless it is misleading or linkbait; don't editorialize.
- E-Reverance 7mo agoI get your point but the original title kind of buries the lede (or at least the isn’t the part I personally found interesting)
- airstrike 7mo agoIt's not my point, it's the guidelines. Though I understand why you prefer your title, that is subjective. I personally prefer the original. So the only objective approach is to stick to the original. I think in this case I might have kept the original and then appended some additional short sentence like "Executing programs inside transformers." That might even be a better title, but at least it's pulled from the subtitle instead of being created by you. Your "allegedly" is totally opinionated so it really flies in the face of the "do not editorialize" rule.
- Kye 7mo agoMore interesting than the throughput: they put a math coprocessor in the language coprocessor
