Using claude code everyday for the past 2 months for working on a project makes me not too worried about this. Will engineering teams be smaller? Maybe, but design, testing and QA will have to work much harder and quicker if they want real word results. And I don't understand the obsession with "fleet of agents", it's much easier to follow a single agent that's quick. I don't want more cluades, I want faster and smarter claude.
