Why couldn't you read and what kind of psychjological help did you get?
- aerhardt 8mo agoI literally couldn't focus for more than five minutes. I would try to start books and leave them unfinished. The help consisted in talking in some depth about why I was consuming more digital media than I really wanted. Then I layered on top some behavioral interventions like using app and website blockers. But the latter would've never worked without the former.
