Rather it's the pan-culture-war desired goal for the corpos/ownership-extraction class - deprecated public goods, no common societal baseline, and pay-to-play everywhere you turn. This shared agenda is why NYT has been supporting Grump for over a decade now, by amplifying his inflammatory verbal diarrhea regardless of the culture war kayfabe.
