I know that you vibecoded this and I hope that you had fun building it.
It does not have any commercial value in my opinion, at least under the use cases you show.
Bascially you built out a tool that ‘fixes’ a problem nobody has - you’ve wrapped a digital signature around before and after photographs without changing the trust perimeter.
Problem with plumber: not before/after photos - it’s did he show up on time and is there still a leak?
In areas where a photo is useful, e.g. delivery proof, the apps are already trusted by both sides.
For something high value, like, I don’t know, nuclear material delivery, there’s nothing about your architecture that couldn’t just be copied from the description into the evil version of your tool that still produces valid signatures.
Upshot - this is a hard problem both in terms of markets and in terms of the actual security problems - and your AI talked you into building something that I don’t think helps.
Areas that do want something like this - supply chain management, logistics and security groups. We’ve looked at investing in these companies on and off, and to my knowledge, the smallest security perimeter we looked at that we believe is a secure and trusted hardware or software at the start of the supply chain.
Anyway, like I said, I hope you had fun building it. If you want to keep working on it, come back and be like “wait, can’t anyone just fake this if they know the algorithm?” And also, “why would a plumber do this again?” My own experience is that current models are not reliable partners for architecting product market fit and trust boundaries - that’s going to be something it needs you for.
