Yes. Requires complete consistency but by my third child, she consistently goes #2 on her little potty. Once you don’t have to change poopy nappies anymore, you’ll never want to go back. EC is actually less work in the long run. Note that my wife and I both share responsibilities for taking care of the kids. It is not that time consuming.
