In what country could you possibly do this and not be subject to violence from fellow passengers anyway? I can't imagine finding a group of 100+ random people willing to turn the other cheek in Europe, much less in the UK specifically.
- Gepsens 7mo agoAny western country
- testfrequency 7mo agogestures wildly to north america
- nephihaha 7mo agoIt happens all the time in the UK and they get black affronted when you pull them up on it.
- decafninja 7mo agoIn the US, including NYC, it’s more likely the offender will subject his fellow passengers to violence (or threats of) if confronted. Most people will choose to ignore the offender rather than poke a potentially crazy bear. Of course it’s stuff like this that make people here hate public transportation. But often times transit advocates choose to ignore problems like this saying there’s nothing wrong.
- JasonADrury 7mo agoYeah, but that's on the regular public transportation where the trips are short and homeless people a feature.
