My personal M3 Pro is still going strong and it looks like the rest of the hardware is basically the same? I really don't see a reason to upgrade. My work laptop is an M1 Pro and it is also doing totally fine. At work we used to do laptop upgrades on a 3 year cadence but the M-series laptops are so good that we switched to 5 years instead.
