Yeah this is a bit silly from RubyCentral's part and just makes nobody want to touch Ruby with a 10ft pole. The bundler guy should sue for the trademark. God knows what went through Matz head when he kicked so many contributors to the curb.

My understanding is that he's more peripheral to this specific incident than someone who actively has been involved. I don't recall seeing that he was part of Ruby Central.
- Macha 7mo agoBy accepting the transfer from Ruby Central to Ruby Core, he's accepting the idea that it was Ruby Central's to give away. For someone who's usually seen as a mediator within the Ruby community, it kind of hurts that image.
