- 999900000999 7mo agoThis has been happening for decades. China spends a lot of money on international Chinese education. Honestly the best thing about America, historically has been diversity. Mei can come here and become American within a few years. That’s only possible in America( and probably Canada too). But now we don’t want international students. The world’s smartest will go elsewhere.
