The predefined schema dependency is a real constraint — most integrations I've seen break the moment an app updates its UI or adds a new flow. Dynamic discovery sidesteps that maintenance problem entirely.
The comment about major apps adding MCP natively is worth taking seriously though. The window where third-party discovery layers have an advantage is probably 12-18 months before the platform locks it down. What's your read on the moat once that happens?
- weloverust 7mo agoIt is not easy to build a moat without colloration with the platform, since security or permission features rely on adding stuff on the platform.
