Why do you think it is bad for communities to set their own standards?
- thrill 7mo agoBecause if a eBike meets already well defined federal class specifications it is considered a eBike, and not a motor vehicle, and other than setting reasonable speed limits in high foot-traffic areas, local regulations do nothing but complicate life.
