I wonder how software development would be like if we had coaches like this.

- RataNova 7mo agoI suspect a lot of people don't actually dislike software development, they dislike developing without anyone invested in their development
- data-ottawa 7mo agoI have had managers like this and it was fantastic. I’ve tried to be a mentor like this and enjoyed it too. It feels like since 2022 the industry has been too rushed to run this way though.
