Pentagon puts Scouts 'on notice' over DEI and girl-centered policies

Whole swaths of the population “aren’t appropriate”, so the parents and leaders should just start up a more modern, more inclusive alternative. Let the military run their junior military organizations themselves. And the churches can run their own kid-education organizations with their own dime.

- DivingForGold 8mo agoThis Gov't action places Scouts between a rock and a hard place since liberals now control the United Way Fund, which controls the purse strings of significant funding (>10%) for the Scouts. Maybe Hegseth should direct his line of fire to the United Way ? A statement from Scouting America that says they're not actually doing what Pete Hegseth says they're supposed to do. That none of the membership policies will change.
