- spiderfarmer 7mo agoCan’t this be circumvented by not doing the same thing for the new employer? I imagine in some cases companies are willing to hire someone just to stop them from doing what they’re doing.
- instagib 7mo agoIt could be a win-win for everyone and they inform him they will not enforce any non-competes. “After spending (…) then a little less than two years at Intel Foundry, O'Buckley will now supervise how Qualcomm turns its designs into finished silicon. Whether or not Intel Foundry will produce any of Qualcomm's future designs is something that remains to be seen.”
