I do computational research, so while I can't merge my code repositories with Evernote very cleanly, I can drag in just about everything throughout my day into Evernote to make a record. Also, the audio recordings are extremely cheap (storage-wise) so I tend to record most conversations and meetings I have. It's a vital part of my research and I don't even pay for premium.
