- bediger4000 8mo agoSure. The executive branch uses law enforcement to find and punish it, The president doesn't get to unilaterally pull funding. Or if Trump does, it puts lie to congress making budgets, rule of law, representative democracy, checks and balances, and many other principles of US government.
